DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Dispatch Time:

We Aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday), items purchased after 3pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Dispatch Method:

We use both Royal Mail and Parcelforce 24, should you not be in to accept delivery a card will be left giving contact details; it is up to you to contact the courier and arrange re-delivery. Any additional charges are your responsibility.

The prices quoted are for Mainland UK excluding the Scottish highlands, the following areas could incur a surcharge.

UK Off-Shore islands including Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

We are happy to combine shipping on most items, please request an invoice after purchase, but prior to completing the Paypal checkout, as we cannot refund over payments.

RETURNS:

Items can be returned for up to 14 days. They should be returned to us in their original packaging together with a copy of either the invoice or delivery note and must state a reason for return. Carriage is non-refundable.
